Birds

Where the sky begins

There’s something about birds that has always moved me: their lightness, their instinct to fly, their way of inhabiting the sky without fully belonging to it. In this series, I draw birds as soul-symbols — winged messengers inviting us to listen to the subtle, the fleeting, the things that pass quickly but leave a mark.

Each line is a way of honoring their fleeting yet powerful presence, their freedom held in a single gesture. These illustrations are small visual altars to the invisible: to inner migrations, to singing as an act of memory, to flight as a metaphor for what we leave behind — and what lifts us forward.
