terms and conditions of sale

1. Purchase Process and Order Acceptance

Purchases of products and services offered by Luze Ilustración can be made through the online store or direct contact via email.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order is considered accepted once a confirmation email has been sent by Luze Ilustración, at which point a purchase contract is established.

 

2. Prices and Taxes

All prices are listed in euros (€) or British pounds (£), as applicable, and include VAT or other applicable taxes according to current legislation.

Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed orders will always retain the price shown at the time of purchase.

 

3. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Stripe (secure credit/debit card payment).

  • Bank transfer to the account provided after order confirmation.

Orders must be paid in full before shipment or before the start of any service.

 

4. Delivery and Shipping

Physical products (prints, originals, stationery) are currently shipped only within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated after confirming the order and depend on the destination.

Luze Ilustración is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.

 

5. Returns and Cancellations Policy

As the products and services offered are artistic and often personalized, returns or cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed and production has started, except in the event of a defect or an error caused by Luze Ilustración.

6. Responsibilities and Warranties

Luze Ilustración guarantees that the product or service will be delivered as agreed upon.

We are not responsible for indirect damage or improper use after receipt.

All illustrations and artwork remain the intellectual property of Luze Ilustración (Laura Lucena Cortés), unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
